BY BOOKING A SERVICE WITH RUBB 'IT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

. PAYMENT IS DUE ON OR BEFORE THE TIME OF SERVICE.

We accept payment by cash or bank transfer. If payment is not received at the time of service, we reserve the right to delay or cancel future bookings.

.NO ACCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS.

We do not offer post-service invoicing for individuals. business clients may request account terms ONLY IF THEY ARE ON A FORMAL CONTRACT.

2.CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT will incur a 50% CANCELLATION FEE.

. NO-SHOWS (where we arrive at the agreed location and the vehicle is not available or access is not provided) will also be charged 50% OF THE BOOKED SERVICE.

. We understand that emergencies happen - if you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.

3.ACCESS AND PARKING

. Please ensure we have safe and legal access to the vehicle and space to work. If the vehicle is not available or we are unable to carry out the job for reasons outside our control, this may be treated as a no-show.

4. SERVICE AREA

. Rubb 'It is based in Otorohanga and services a 50 km radius. Travel outside this zone may incur a travel surcharge- please inquire when booking.

5. CONDITION OF VEHICLES

. Vehicles with EXCESIVE DIRT, DOG HAIR, MOULD, OR ANY OTHER HEAVY CONTAMINATION may incur extra charges. We will always discuss these costs with you before proceeding.

. We do our best to achieve great results on every job, but some stains or damage may be permanent. We'll always be upfront about what's possible..

6. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

. We stand by the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with a service, please let us know within 24 hours and we'll do our best to make it right.

7. BUSINESS CLIENTS 

. Business clients on  contract may be offered terms by prior agreement. Payment terms will be outlined in the contract and are generally 7 or 14 days from invoice date.
